TIPS2026 Nov 23 (Holiday, Mon) Ticket (Day 3) Admission Ticket Group B (Registration: 3F, 9:10–9:40; Entry: scheduled for around 10:10)

This is a ticket (Day 3) for the Tokyo International Pen Show (TIPS) 2026 on Monday, November 23 (National Holiday).

Venue: Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center Hamamatsucho-kan, Exhibition Rooms on floors 3, 4, and 5

Admission Time:
Admission Ticket Group B (Registration 9:10–9:40, scheduled entry around 10:10)

※ If you arrive after the time stated above, you will be guided to enter in the order of arrival at the 4th floor of Hamamatsucho-Kan.  Please ask event staff for guidance.

Registration Location:
Admission Ticket Group B: Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center Hamamatsucho-kan, 3rd Floor

Admission Process at the Venue:
Please arrive within the registration time indicated on your ticket. After checking in at the registration desk, you will be directed to line up according to the groups established by the event staff. 

Please note that if you arrive after the stated registration time, you will be admitted with the next entry group.

Important Notes

・Entry times for each ticket may change depending on the level of congestion on the day.

・At the registration desk, we will scan the QR code sent to the email address used to purchase this ticket.

・Upon registration, you will be directed to a line based on your ticket number. Each line will display a range of 25 numbers. Within each line, you will line up in order of arrival. (e.g. If your ticket number is 1073, you will go to the line for 1051~1075 and line up in order of arrival within that line.)

・A wristband will be attached at the time of registration. Please show your wristband to staff for re-entry if you leave the venue.

・Individual exhibitors may set entry restrictions for their booths via pre-registration or similar means. Please check with the exhibitors in advance regarding any specific booths you wish to visit. 

・Important note: It is the responsibility of each attendee to purchase an event entry ticket that matches any pre-registration ticket that you arrange with an individual exhibitor.  Please understand that we will NOT refund or exchange your ticket after purchase for any reason.

・The venue closes at 16:00. Please cooperate with a prompt exit.

There is a purchase limit of 4 tickets per person. Orders that do not adhere to this purchase limit will be cancelled by our office. Thank you for your understanding.

※Children of elementary school age and younger are admitted for free when accompanied by a guardian. Please present proof of age if requested. (Children of elementary school age and younger cannot enter alone.)
